Damaged or Defective Items
We accept returns or exchanges only for items that are damaged or defective upon arrival.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.
Custom & Final Sale Items
All customized items and final sale products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Return Conditions
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Once your return is approved, we’ll send detailed instructions for mailing your item back.
